Box-shaped heart: Ebstein anomaly.
Egg-on-a-String Sign: Transposition of the Great Arteries.
Figure of three and reverse figure of three: Aortic coarctation.
Gooseneck: Endocardial cushion defect.
Snowman Sign: Total anomalous pulmonary venous return.
Scimitar: Partial anomalous pulmonary venous return.

Hammock Sign – Anomalous coronary artery with a transseptal course

Non-ischemic Delayed Enhancement – Amyloidosis
